Bulk Gmail account management solution
Extension Chrome: Managa Gmail v1.0.0
I. How to install?
This is an extension that runs on Chrome or Edge browser platforms, so you must have one of these two browsers installed. Since the extension will delete all browser cookies during operation, you need to create a separate profile for this extension to avoid affecting your accounts or data you are currently using.
After preparing the above, next, download the extension at this link: extension_manage_gmail_1.1.0.rar And watch a short video tutorial on how to install the extension without going through the Chrome webstore here
II. Basic features of Manage Gmail.
The four checkboxes in the extension interface correspond to the four features below. When you check a feature, the extension will perform that task or will do everything if you check all features. The extension will take one Gmail account at a time and complete all the features you've selected before moving on to work with the next Gmail account.
- Check phone verification or disable status (optional)
- Batch login (optional)
- Batch password change (requires login checkbox)
- Batch recovery email change (requires login checkbox)
III. Instructions for using Manage Gmail.
- Area 1: To run the extension, you first need an Airtable account. Airtable is simply a storage tool similar to Excel. The extension will connect with Airtable via the API key and take one Gmail at a time from your Airtable to perform the features in section II. Therefore, if you don't have an Airtable account, you need to register now (this is necessary). After registration, watch this short video to get the API key.
- Area 2: This is the feature area to check if a Gmail address is phone verified or disabled without logging in. To use this feature, you need to purchase an API from this website https://ychecker.com. You can skip this if you don't want to use it.
- Area 3: The recovery email change feature area. The simplest way to use it is to leave it blank. The extension will automatically create a random email address for you from the temporary email system Smailpro.com. If you don't want to use a temporary email address, you can enter a specific email address you want (e.g., abc@example.com) or if you enter a domain (e.g., example.com), the extension will replace the domain of the current recovery email address (e.g., acb@test.com will become abc@example.com). If there is no current recovery email address, the extension will automatically take the username of the Gmail + the domain you entered (e.g., achdsh2727@gmail.com -> achdsh2727@example.com).
- Area 4: The password change feature area. The simplest way is to check it and leave the query field blank; the extension will automatically randomize the password. You can also enter a specific password you want to change to (e.g., hsd78232u). Or more advanced, add a few characters to the current password (e.g., the current password is: 123456 and you enter +acb, your new password is: 123456acb).
When you have the API key and understand the tool's areas above, next you need to link the API key with the extension and prepare a list of Gmail accounts for the extension to work with. Watch the next video to understand how to customize the tool before running: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/2mUmEQbJ8D8. And here is a demo video of the tool running: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Ul8uau2NQN8. In this demo video, the working steps have been sped up 3x.
IV. Notes when using.
The extension will run Gmail addresses that have these two columns, "note" and "status", empty as shown in the image. This means if you don't want to run a Gmail address, just enter anything in the note field or select a status in Airtable.
- When the extension is running, don't scroll down the browser window or hide it. This will cause login errors.
- The loop part in the extension is simply where you enter the number of times you want to run.
- For each IP address, you should not run more than 50 Gmail accounts, as the extension currently doesn't support changing IP or user agent. The way I usually change IP is by resetting the modem.
- Regarding security, the extension does not collect any of your information. This is the entire source code I've written: https://github.com/mr-sonj/manage_gmail you can check and use the code if you want. If you're willing, please keep my copyright part intact, thank you.
- This is an extension I use daily and will continue to update. Hope it will help many people.
